These terms describe the VanilloLeads appointment text messaging program. VanilloLeads is a trade name of Matthew D. Villano Jr., Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
What this program is
When you send us your mobile number through the chat widget on vanilloleads.com and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from VanilloLeads. Those messages may include:
- Replies to the question or request you sent through the chat widget.
- Scheduling messages about a call or demo you arrange with us, such as a confirmation and a reminder.
- Promotional messages about our AI receptionist service, such as offers, information, and follow-ups.
We only send promotional messages to people who have checked the consent box. Nobody is enrolled without doing so.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your name and mobile number in the chat widget on vanilloleads.com, checking the consent box, and submitting. The box is not pre-selected. The chat widget is the only place on our website where we collect a mobile number for text messaging. We do not send texts to anyone who has not opted in. The consent notice next to the box includes this language:
"By submitting, you authorize MATTHEW D VILLANO JR to text/call the number above for promotional messages, possibly using automated means. Msg/data rates apply, msg frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See terms and privacy policy. Text HELP for help and STOP to unsubscribe."
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any product or service from us.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your inquiry, any appointment you arrange with us, and the promotional messages you agreed to receive. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from us. You can also reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Carriers
Wireless carriers and their affiliates are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's coverage and network availability.
Your information
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
